Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain language, what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers the website only. How I handle information about clients in therapy is covered separately by the notice of privacy practices you receive when we begin working together.
What the site collects
The contact form. If you send a message, the site collects the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact time, and message you type. That is sent to my email address so I can reply. It is delivered by an email service (Resend) and stored in my email inbox. Please keep messages to scheduling and general questions; email is not a secure channel for health information.
Page counts. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which records which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other sites.
Nothing else. There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no session recording, and no newsletter sign-up.
Who handles the data
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) is where those messages arrive.
None of them are given your information for any other purpose, and I do not sell or share it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Psychology Today or articles about therapy approaches. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can contact me by phone or text instead of the form. If you would like a message you sent through the site deleted, email or text me and I will remove it.
